Quality needs to be better

Poor craftsmanship as in stitching is loose not tight . leather is not connected to other piece a gap . the bag i received looks like it shouldn't have left the quality control room . come on American leather do better with your purses . very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Leather Bag

I ordered this bag in the Bay Blue color. First, the color shown in the image is richer and darker than what I received. My bag is a light, powdery blue. I like the soft leather material. It looks "worn" which is intentional. This is my first bag from this company. I like it, but don't "love" it. However, I do plan to buy direct from this company for future purchases. I may have better luck with getting what you see.
