I was excited about this purchase. It’s classic look and I always thought Anchor Hocking was a good brand. Reminded me of my grandmother’s dishes. I made the purchase online. Sadly, when I received my shipment it was nothing but a box of pulverized glass. Two boxes, completely shattered! With small shards coming out of the box. It was obviously not packed properly and the dishes were completely crushed! I attempted to submit a return online, but with automated responses it was impossible. So today I will return two garbage bags with shattered glass pieces to my local store. So very disappointing. It just needed to be packed properly for shipment. Macy’s, always loved and trusted you, this was simple…please do better!
