They are great. The Arch Studio Stainless Steel Frypans set makes them versatile for the stovetop. The 8" pan is ideal for frying eggs to a crisp or sunny-side-up perfection with precise heat control, while the larger 11" pan gives plantains plenty of room to caramelize evenly without crowding. Poor quality

I used the 4.5 qt stock pot and after one use, you can see burn marks inside the pan after cleaning even though I cooked on medium heat. Not too thick base and after cleaning, it also leaves water marks if you let it air dry.
