Never received ordered item ordered and paid for

This product is rated 1star because we haven’t received it. Ordered on 12/2, promised by 12/5, and it is now 12/14 and we still don’t have the merchandise we purchased over two weeks ago. Plus we have been given no updates with an explanation for the delay. And calling the Customer Service line got us no where because it was all voice prompts that didn’t understand the situation and couldn’t get us an actual person who might simply explain the delay. We will never again order a product through the Macy’s app. We’re actually good supporters of Macy’s and have made many, many purchases from all departments and have generally been very happy. This is a disappointment.
