Happy Coffee Customers!

This coffee maker had everything we wanted and was SCA certified but cost more than we wanted to spend. We are so glad we trusted the reviews and bought this machine. The coffee is so good! The grinder is quieter than our two previous Grind & Brew Coffee makers. We are wasting less coffee beans as we brew only one cup at a time which is saving us money. I like my coffee medium and I husband likes his bold so we get our preferred choice each time. The machine is easy to set up and even easier to maintain. We are extremely happy with this coffee maker and recommend it to every coffee lover out there.

Disappointed

Machine came used with inner part seemingly disassembled. After many frustrating hours trying to get the machine to work and watching YouTube videos, we packed it up and returned it. Quite the disappointment. I purchased a separate grinder and percolator instead and couldn’t be happier. Also much less expensive, a deal really comparatively speaking.

Stay away!

Didn’t work out of the box. Customer service did a video call and confirmed needs to be replaced. Went on YouTube and saw the multiple videos with poor reviews. Regretting not checking out YouTube prior to the purchase. Am returning the product.

Not OK to offer items that are not available.

The rating is for Macy's, not the product. A zero star was allowed as input. I haven’t ordered from Macy's in a very long time. My order at the beginning of December for a holiday gift that is now on an indefinite backorder is a reminder of why. I learned more than a week after placing my order that it was not coming. I have received no information of when or if it will ever be available. Yet this item still appears as available on the Macy's website. I will refrain from shopping with Macy's in the future. I cancelled with Macy's and placed my order for the same item with a more dependable company. Happy Holidays.

Perfect Coffee Maker!

We have been planning on moving from a pod machine to one like this for about a year. We are so happy with the DeLonghi TrueBrew! No more throwing away pods and it is perfect for one cup of coffee on the way out the door or a full pot on the weekends. If you are a hot (or iced) coffee drinking, I highly recommend!

Poor product - didn't work

Didn't work when I received and it had been returned as it already had coffee grounds in it.
