Outer layer peeled off

I ordered this Donna Karan bag on 13th January this year, when I opened the package it looked perfectly fine, but recently I noticed a grey mark on the left side looks like the top coating of faux leather is peeling off. I took it to Macy's to show them the product defect in person so that I could get an exchange as I love the design of the bag and had taken a long time to choose, they certainly helped out and gave a store credit, but I was seriously disappointed with the quality control of the product.

Polyurethane

This bag is 100% polyurethane. Description says leather. I like the design, but even being on sale is definitely overpriced for not genuine leather item.

Shoulder strap

Shoulder strap is TOO small. It bothered my underarm otherwise a nice bag. It was uncomfortable to wear it on the shoulder

Leather material does not last
