Great buy of a Patricia Nash product

I've been a big fan of Patricia Nash products for a long time. I really liked her purses & wallets. Love her designs, the various color schemes she uses, and the product is well made and lasts a long time.

I was not satisfied with my sterling silver 3 ball stud earrings. The post on several earrings were BENT. I would like for them to be replaced. Thank You. Can I go to any MACY'S to get them replaced?

Flimsy backs !

So disappointed ! I have bought two previous sets &they were great however the backs on the new set are so flimsy that I lost an earring on the 2nd time I wore them ! Can’t return them as I don’t have the whole set !
