I am 72 now and I have fond “scent”imental memories of my dear mother wearing SHALIMAR and seeing that little blue bottle in her bathroom! I have continued ,as well as my two sisters, the legacy started by mom to wear this most wonderful and head-turning scent!

Lovely.

There are many different versions of the Guerlain Shalimar fragrance. I love the "Shalimar L'Essence - Eau De Parfum Intense". Unfortunately, this is not it. I bought this by mistake. This fragrance is wonderful, but it is just not the version I wanted. My mistake.

Not long lasting

I LOVE the Guerlain Shalimar L'essence perfume, so I thought I would try the Shalimar Eau de Toilette Refillable Spray. Unfortunately, the fragrance is not at all similar to the L'essence derivative of Shalimar fragrance line. While the Shalimar Eau de Toilette Refillable Spray smells beautiful, it is NOT long lasting. The fragrance completely disappeared within minutes of spraying some on myself, with no detectable scent at all. Very disappointed.

Classic fragrance

This fragrance is a classic. My husband, the dogs, and even the horses know I'm around when they smell Shalimar. to them I AM Shalimar!!
