Shoe not a true fit

Nice looking shoe but kinda tight ,not a true size 10 ,ive have plenty of inc shoes,but this one fits different,but ok

I was so excited to pick these up. I have this outfit vision that deserves this gorgeous shoe. However, this shoe is so tight and small that I was literally offended when I struggled to put the right shoe on. I wear 9.5 in everything and have a narrow foot but I could not get this foot on without trying and pushing. it is cute enough to try again which i have already ordered a half size up to see if it will work. It was also $30 less than when I bought it before...on sale. Please let this size 10 work because my vision deserves this shoe. The St... Ma....'s were not comfortable so I'm counting on these.
