wrong item sent for the 2nd time

This is the second time I ordered a Christmas tree from Macs and I receive different than what we order totally different description .

Windsor Spruce Christmas Tree...Puelo

I was disappointed that all the glitter was left in the box and therefore the tree looked nothing like what was advertised.
