Disappointed

I bought this sectional in the middle of COVID and sadly it took several months longer. The world was struggling with this so I can’t fault the furniture. But shortly after receiving it, the piping around the cushion began to unravel. The fabric also began to fray. Now only 5 years after purchasing, I am looking for a new sectional. For the price, it isn’t worth it. I have bought better sofas from Home Goods. My West Elm sofa has aged well. My Ethan Allen side is aging perfectly. Both have far more use than the sectional which is in a formal living room. Wish I didn’t need to share this but it’s important. Two stars because the sofa is less than average.

Kids and dog friendly

I bought the radley sectional with the wedge piece 3 years ago and I've never been happier with my decision. I have 2 young kids and a 140 lb dog who tramples on the couch like she owns it and it magically has 0 pilling, the cushions have not lost their shape at all, and it is so cozy. The covers easily come off to be washed and we had done that a few times. We get asked where our couch is from all the time.

Disappointed in Customer Service and Quality

Bought the sofa about 10 months ago immediately there was a seam undone on the back corner of the chaise it’s like a gap where it was glued. I called customer service but never got a response. The cheese cushion sags I’m hoping I can replace it with more foam - to fix it. The first picture shows the seam. The second picture is how it should look, and how it looks on the other end of the sofa.

Terribly Disappointed

My sectional is 1 year old, the cushions are terrible. They are flat an have not held up. And the frame is squeaking in several places. Fabric is pilling. We have no pets or children. Incredibly disappointed.

Wears like cast iron!

We just retired this sofa, after 11 years of constant, heavy use (and some abuse). Purchased when the children were born to anchor the family room, it survived babies, toddlers, and preteens with endless sleepovers, all the while remaining attractive, comfortable, and functional. Great purchase!

Dream sectional!

We bought this sofa in 2016 - it’s lasted 10 years through kids, teenagers, pets and 3 house moves. Yes it’s firm at the start but after 10 years it hasn’t sagged at all. The covers are removable and washable-we have spilled full glasses of red wine on it, washed out perfectly with not one stain. I’ve had friends and family visit and say ‘now THIS is a sofa’. Incredibly comfortable, the configuration is great for a family-and don’t forget to buy the matching ottoman. It’s literally the best investment we ever made! If I could give it 100 stars I would! Durable, classic and comfortable!

Fading

Fabric fading

I really wanted to love everything about this sofa - and for the most part I do. It’s very comfortable and large enough to fit my family of five. However, after just 6 months, the Chrome Beige fabric (see sample) has faded to a terrible cool silver grey. I was really trying to get away from cold grey furniture, but after the “beige” faded, I’m stuck with grey again. Macys says fabric fading (even within the first year) isn’t covered under warranty. It’s a shame.

Great couch

Love it! It is definitely firm at first, but my brother has the same one that has been broken in and it’s very comfy. I ordered Heavenly Cinder Gray color.
