Buyer beware too hard

Nice looking couch great for a waiting room. Absolutely cannot get comfortable on this sectional way too hard. It gave me back aches… if this the couch to relax and watch a movie definitely not. Called Macys had them returned. Customer service was great my sales person is great too. It just wasn’t the right couch for me.

Sofa with two recliners.

Nice looking set. Not very comfortable - hard not soft, fabric is irritating on the skin, seat cushion is very short and not comfortable to sit on, delivery was subpar for the cost, set was missing one cord to the second recliner. Macys did fix the problem in a couple of days.
